在商品包裝完整、數量準確的前提下,客戶收到商品之日起七(7)天內可以退貨或換貨。退貨的同時必須退回相應的發票原件和相關文件。如果增值稅發票已開具,客戶也須退還增值稅發票;如遇發票隔月的情況,還需要客戶提供退票說明;如果不能提供未抵扣的增值稅發票原件或《開具紅字增值稅專用發票申請單》,客戶需承擔由此產生的稅金損失, 即發票含稅金額的14%;如需要退款給個人賬戶的公司客戶,必須提供蓋公章的退款證明,以便退貨專員及時處理。
退款說明1、如果您需要退款,請提供您的姓名、銀行賬戶、開戶行。
2、原則上,潤聯收到退款申請及客戶退回的產品之日起,將依據相關規定在自然日一個月內退款給客戶。但由于客戶遞交退款申請及商品退回的延遲,以及銀行、支付寶等第三方支付平臺辦理退款周期的原因,不排除退款時間延遲的可能。
3、支付寶、快錢、網上銀行方式支付的訂單和貨到刷卡支付的訂單退款均以原路退回的方式退款(如:下單時使用支付寶付款,退款直接退回支付寶賬戶)。

(1)發票抬頭為公司的均退款至公司賬戶,請提供和發票抬頭一致的賬戶信息。 (2)發票抬頭為個人的請提供和付款人信息一致的銀行賬戶信息。6、銀行轉賬方式支付的訂單,請務必保存好匯款單,退款時需提供匯款單;退款由潤聯賬戶直接退款。
維修說明潤聯在商品對應的質量保證期內對商品質量問題提供免費維修服務;潤聯在商品對應的質量保證期內非商品質量問題(包括耗材)及超過潤聯保修期的商品提供收費維修服務?,F金客戶需確認收到客戶維修費才能寄回修復商品。
寄回產品說明客戶寄回商品時需要在包裝里要有如下書面內容:受理編號、客戶聯系人及聯系方式,需退換修的商品潤聯編號、數量。 客戶需保證商品原包裝完整、數量準確,客戶快遞單不能直接粘貼在商品原包裝上。 客戶需要對返回的商品妥善包裝,如果是由于客戶原因導致包裝過于簡單,造成的物流損壞,潤聯不承擔商品完整責任。
